YOUR ITEM WILL BE PROCESSED & DISPATCHED FROM OUR JO'BURG DEPOT THE DAY AFTER ORDERING.

a) GAUTENG IS GENERALLY SAME DAY COURIER 

b) REST OF SA OVERNIGHT TO MAJOR TOWNS/CITIES

c) RURAL LOCATIONS CAN TAKE 2-3 DAYS

OTHERWISE We promise to deliver in 7-10 Business days.

We apologize if unforeseen delays occur for the following reasons.

1) On occasion some packages are "held by customs" for routine checks.

2) A package can be delayed by Airlines issues.

3) From Time to time packages are even stolen/misplaced en route!

4) Holidays all around the world cause delays and backlogs beyond our control!

However you can track your parcel all the way online.

If you have not received your package in the stipulated time frame and have not received a phone call to discuss this you are more than welcome to a 100% refund.

Lithium Ion batteries not enclosed in a device are near impossible to fly into the country.

These items are governed by very strict regulations as they are literally a small bomb!!

On our home page we notify our customers which products are available for "Next Day Delivery"

T&C's as follows.

1) Orders after 9am are dispatched the following  morning. (Weekdays Only)

2) Most areas of Gauteng will be eligible for delivery the same day the goods are dispatched.

3) Area's outside of Gauteng will have their goods sent overnight delivery for the next day from dispatch.

4) Certain "Outlying/Rural" areas may take 2-3 Days from Dispatch to arrive at your door!

NB. Orders before 9am can sometimes be sent Same day ( Delivery In Gauteng Only)
